Reviewing articles

Articles are published after receiving positive feedback from two reviewers appointed by the editorial board. The reviewers are members of the editorial board who are experts with relevant expertise. The reviewers evaluate the article in terms of originality of results, adequacy of methods, and relevance of analysis results and decide to accept the article without changes/ after revising the article following the comments or reject it. The journal adheres to double-blind peer review.

The following peer review form is used:

The layout editor checks articles for compliance with the journal’s rules.

Peer review takes up to 10 days. After receiving a review, an author has two weeks to further work with the article.

The author may take into account or refute the comments and suggestions received. After the article is refined, it is sent for re-review together with the author’s response (if any).

If the article receives 2 negative reviews, it is not accepted for publication. The editorial board reserves the final right to accept or reject an article.

If the article is rejected, the manuscript will be withdrawn and cannot be submitted to the journal again.
